== Installation ==
1. Upload <strong>Subscribe Forms</strong> to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. A menu item entitled “ SM Forms ” will Appear.
4. Create New Form from "SM form" menu.  
5. Use Shortcode provided in options panel to show the form in posts.
